Aiya, if you try to get newbies to go into water and get underwear wet, they will scold you also. :bsmilie::bsmilie: LOL. The key in those outings is for them to start the ball rolling, to ask questions so they can get the basics down. After that, they can start going off on their own to grow more. Look at some of the people who started in the newbie outings. Some are getting really good.
People want to be sarcastic let them be loh. I don't see them trying to help the community back with real actions rather all lip service. So why bother with them. They are more comfortable with keeping within their inner circle. Let them be. Everyone has to start somewhere. Everyone was a newbie once. No need to be so stuck up. No need to be all elitist about it, and turn around to claim that they are protecting the spirit of photography. LOL. Crock of bull.
