No la, I was joking. The Sunchaser outing, I cannot go. I have dance exams in the morning and project shoot in the afternoon.

I was actually asking your uncle ZCA to teach me more about keystone distortion and correction.

Have noted as well that you use the Nikon 105mm micro lens (or at least you have brought one according to Nikon price list).. is that what you used for most of your macro shots?

I think bro NNB is no longer on the 105mmVR macro. He has moved on to a much much better and very rare lens for his macro..... :devil::devil:

Are you using photoshop? Is good software to use and do keystone and other distortion correction. I am using the CS4 extended version.

Yes Manita, CS4 is good enough. Under Filter, Distortion, Lens correction

Thanks. I have CS5 but have not installed it. I installed GIMP but only used it once or twice I believe. :bsmilie:

Haven't tried gimp. Currently using lightroom 2 for basic PP sometimes. Have CS5 but dunno how to use :bsmilie:

Gimp I also dunno how to use already. :bsmilie: I straighten horizon and correct a bit of distortion only. I see the curve I'm reminded of Maths. :bsmilie:

Actually im using the Aperture and CS4. I try the trail version of Lightroom 3 and I still prefer photoshop for very detail PP. I only use the Aperture together with other software like Sliver Efex, and Nik Soft. But you should use photoshop because I think is quite a standard software that everyone is using.

Photoshop is very good for hardcore work... but some steps are very tedious...

Lightroom is ver fast for some common tasks...

Solution? Use both...

Hi Jeezuinn, ya, I think PP is also important. Like recently, I also go crazy reading about ICM and I like it very much. So the only way for me to try and try ICM is using photoshop. Dont have this feature in Aperture and lightroom. Is actually motion.

before March this year, mostly 105VR -very gd lens, jsu tat not enough reach and isolation

i using 200 mm f4 micro mostly and sometimes voltlaigther 125mm
