Yo ZCA & Daredevil - I did noticed the thread and was tempted to go down that evening.. THE REASON - look at all the balls in the water.. It would have been nice reflections in the evening :)... (ST event).. I guess by the 4th Dec.. the balls would have long gone..

Thank you bro..:)
Bro Jacobs :thumbsup::thumbsup: for effort

One suggestion from GRbenji is to put one senior name follow by 2-3 newbies.. so that there will always be someone to shadow...

[Guess tooo late.. Thread up - Well Done Jacob)

Wah. 4th Dec I think cannot. Gotta rest well and prepare for 5th Dec. :cry:

The bad thing about such a plan:
1) it will create small groups within the big group. Not good when trying to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
2) additional arrangement work required. If senior come late or last-min cannot make it, the newbies gotta be re-allocated. I feel it's too inflexible this way.

But it did seem like a great idea when I first thought about it some months ago :)
Only 1 suggestion I can think of is to have the "seniors" more readily identifiable. I don't mind wearing a nametag :)
