Ya lo.. yesterday whole day at home. study and no shoot. So boring...
In times like these Manita, time to dig out old photos and see if can process some pics you missed.
These are pics I missed processing 1st time round... months later look again, processed them and they became better than the ones select first round...

I remembered that when I removed the UV filter on my 18-135 kit lens, and attached the hood, I couldn't spot any flare... I guess I presumed 18-105 should be as good or even better.
Perhaps it's just the angle of the light source nice-nice cause the flare...
.... the more expensive cause of the problem has been stated below :sweat:
