dunno if it's my bad luck or wat... but I hardly captured a good sunset.
To me, at the end of the day, the sky somehow looks more 'murky' and not as clean as sunrise timing.
But because of our work schedules, we'll have to coordinate a weekend sunset outing if that's your intention?
I'm all ears, though I can't promise if I can make it...

Keppel Bay is actually quite appealing, but the keppel bay marina owns the road leading to the place, and their security doesn't allow 'professional' photography. So once you deploy that tripod, out they come. I wish they weren't so strict. The docked boats would make excellent foreground elements.
Pandan Reservoir... anyone been before? sounds interesting. lower peirce also quite nice, though I think must be garang like night86mare in order to go near the rocks. Out come the mats and No.4 !!

I'll probably go to changi boardwalk one of these weekdays, since I work nearby.
might even organise a smaller-scale newbies outing for those who are working in the east.
All the seniors here not working in the east right? So if I solo, maybe group size 8 max.
Can use the jetty as foreground element, and the sailboat as mid-distance subject, with setting sun behind...swee!

I think I'm unable to reschedule the family dinner, as am busy on tuesday and thursday. It looks like I am unable to make it for the outing.
I had suggested a small lesson on flash photography, so if the outing is still going ahead, I will post to apologize for my absence, so people don't bring flash and get angry...

I think better don't do flash up there. They already stated outright no professional camera equipment... Even tripod is not allowed. Just have to sneak in.. tough la. wait whole group kenna chased off.

lower pierce waters quite ok to dip in.. Chinese garden one scary.. near the bridge.. the ground is clay and will sink you in... Knowing from experience..
