i believe the reason for the STOPS at XX is to allow proper sharing and pls base on the latest list and add in your name.

I am not questioning your ability/skills, but since I don't know what you are like, I would rather play safe and not include you this time.
Have had 'not-so-nice' experiences in the past of people coming and not really helping out, so would prefer to avoid a similar situation.
