Sorry, noob question. Can you guys reccommend what kind of lenses to bring. Given that the shots are on tripod, are fast primes necessary or will zoom lenses do? What are good focal lengths to bring?

Kit lens should be suitable
Fast primes unnecessary

 

[catchlights]

You will shooting something like f8 or f11, or even f16 depends on the composition.
Usually as wide as possible, kit lens is fine. If you have better lenses can bring by all means.
