how to make warmed honeyed drink with lemon?

what kind of honey?
normal water? mineral water?
lemon slices? lemon juice? bottled lemon juice?

i bought the Manuka honey, mixed it with boiled water that has cooled down.
think any honey would do.. another brand which i highly recommend is Song San. you could get it from chinese medical hall
as for the lemon slices, i used organic lemons. i squeezed the juice into it, then even chopped the skinm then mix into the drink. good for complexion it seemed :think:

Whats your throat feeling like really? Burning sensation due to the vomited gastric? Or it was hurt during the vomiting process?

You may try to go to the pharmacy and ask for a small bottle Difflam gargle (100 or 200ml), it's anti-inflammatory with anaesthetic effect, which may help the pain. Don't swallow it though.

Another way if you are not allergic to aspirin, you may try dissolve aspirin in water and gargle it, it may help to reduce ulcer pain. Dont' swallow it also.

Throats burning sensation, like open wounds then put some acidic solutions like curry kind of hot feeling. it hurts after vomiting.

mix them into not too warm water.
