suggestion for buy sell profile

Just a suggestion, as i have notice quite a number of "no show" buyer that have been experience by quite a number of seller already. I was wondering if we could adopt ebay system or some other forum system where user get positive point system or comment when completed a deal.

this would be helpful to prevent "no show" buyer so that people will bid more responsibly
and user will be able to buy and sell with a peace of mind
