One of my contacts is looking to rent out a studio in Chinatown to a photographer:

Top floor of a shophouse - so nice high ceilings and a door at the bottom of the stairs
1000 sq ft of space (includes a separate room for an office and a toilet)
3 studio flash units, softboxes, etc
Background set-up, with three rollers and different colour backdrops
Fully air-conditioned
They are looking for a long-term let, but it is also available for hourly rental during the week.
