Happy to rent both ways (ie just the space or as a studio)

Eqpt = 1x bowens 1500, 1x bowens 500, backdrops, beauty dish, honeycombs, light boxes (smal, medium and large) plus usual bits and pieces

$150 per hour for the empty space
$200 per hour as a studio

Also interested in longer term rental (weeks or months)

nb the studio is just above our modeling agency

Called the number looking for esther. Was told that she doesn't on weekends. The lady answering the phone wasn't helpful at all when I was just checking if they are doing studio rental. When I request for esther's mobile, she refused to give, saying cannot give without her permission...

Relax bro...Phantom models' office dont operate on Sat/Sun Esther is probably busy with her kids. I am sure its a misunderstanding.
