i always loved the dynamism of a wide-angle shot depicting actions. although the distortion may be a little hard to take at times (think super elongated hands/fingers etc), wides most certainly won't be confined to landscapes only
thank you and the vignetting is due to the wide angle on full frame.

dude, very very cool use of the UWA lens... it's very tricky to get some good perspective, but you've nailed it all the way!

OIC, hmm, not that bad at all after all!
In fact I got inspired and added it in PS CS3 for a recent shoot and I think it suits what I want very much.
