v nice, regarding cropping, i think u should give a bit more head room for the hair or else to make it nice and tight, chop off the neck. (more balance in terms of subject weight or symmetrical imo) i like the colours and saturation, it shows a hard days work, a little vintage feel. although his face looks a bit pale, like his gonna fall sick. lol.
