Sticky shutter for Ricoh KR-5. damage cost?

Hello. For sentimental value, i wanna CLA my dad's Ricoh KR-5. THe only problem i perceive is a sticky shutter. From 1/30 down to bulb. And a dirty View finder.

Everything else seems fine.

Any CLA experts here can give me a rough estimate?

General cleaning should cost you about $65 onwards.

CamX quoted me $65 - $75 for general cleaning of my lenses, although in the end he advised me not to as it was still quite clean.
