Day 4

 forgot about the writeup

somehow...we reflect the same things a bit differently

Day 5
post-12-1136391051.jpg

Today,
- saw a graceful reflection after the rain.
Somehow it forms a hint of upside-down cross with halo around it and a mesmerizing play of line as backdrop.
- decided to frame it
- post it at clubsnap

Yes, somehow we agree to stick in black & white style. At least someone finally figure out :bsmilie: ( partly because my colour balancing s*ck also *shy shy* and stereobox dun mind to do bw )

As "Kingdom of A Thousand Year", it's actually more to Christianity ( in this case I see "the cross" as Christianity and "the light" as heaven ) The thousand-year reign of Christ is a period in which Christ has bound the power of the Devil over men. More about it can be seen in Revolution 20 : 1-14.

Yes, all our pictures are taken with Point and Snap camera. 4 taken with Canon A80; 5 taken with Olympus C-720. Thanks for the compliment.

thank you everyone, for the support. we will work hard to keep the thread interesting.

jim davis> thank you!
not really pns la...more like one of those digital compacts. i'm using a canon a80. honey, what's that olympus thing you are using again?

we have a few more unwritten 'guidelines', and we are making more up and modifying the existing ones as we go along.

but the confirmed ones are sticking to the cameras we are already using, and visualise in b/w.

digital compacts not pns leh? *now i'm the one who blur* Actually I also feel benefit of its size and weight. With relatively light and small body, can carry everywhere everyday.

We also think of more possibility on adding creativity as in setting our own theme etc etc which we still working on it as it can be a restriction or creative impulse.

i missed my lc-a, olympus xa-2, minolta hi-matic F ... all of which i've sold

but i really needed the money at the time T_T

honey, you have more than one camera and you should seriously give thanks of that. Many unlucky people like me need to borrow here and there lol

but thing is, i really worked hard and saved up for them you know :-/ i don't buy cameras for the sake of collecting..i use all of them. the minolta one was abit tricky though, cos the battery isn't available anymore.

i see the value in digital cameras, among them instant gratification (making a-photo-a-day project a reality). but theres a certain charm in using old cameras.

ok..today's my turn to post. hope something interesting turns up!

the weekend is almost upon us...what better opportunity than today to finally do something 'refreshing' for a change? ;)

i present....

Portrait of Light

If Light were to look into a mirror, this is how it would be...

....

:bsmilie:
