[Stereobox]

hi zaren!

we went to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, at east java.

the one with the smoking vent is Bromo Mountain, an active volcano whose last eruption was in 2004.

the one in front is Tengger Caldera, Batok Cone is the one behind Bromo, and Semeru Mountain is the majestic volcano in the background. it spews out smoke every 15 minutes or so, very "lord of the rings"! :bsmilie:

very beautiful and awe-inspiring sight, but the journey there is butt-numbing, to say the least! the vantage point where we took the pix, most of the visitors were there to catch the sunrise. when the sun is up and actually the best time to take pix of the mountains, everybody left to climb the crater.

special thanks to Angel's family who are very good hosts to me =)

I've seen sooooooo many images of mount bromo. I think the last one is among the best I've seen so far. Common angle but different tension.

but how come you dont pass this series to me? it's the slide one issit? not fair - keep it all for yourselves :cry:
