a-zhou-sau-rus:
Extremely fierce medium sized carnivorous dinosaur from the Jurassic period.
Known for its keen sense of sight and lightning fast reflexes. Usually
hunts in a symbiotic relationship with Sboxasaur, a larger but clumsier
carnivorous dinosaur with poorer eyesight.

It's been very hard for Choo ( or stereobox ) lately to keep posting reguraly on the PAD. He is working till late and still need to help me switching stuffs from Hougang to Bishan ( as i'm moving to a new place - and we usually finish unpacking around midnight! ) and he rarely has any chance to shoot. I know he tried his best to do his part in this PAD - which supposed to be both of our contribution. But since now it's a one ( very busy ) man show - the paced getting so slow and we missed a lot of days.

How about Angel?
Recently I have a big downfall in photography and taking few people's suggestions i'm trying to calm down n rethink of how I did things. ( to those who know what happened, I'm so sorry I waste your efforts - you know who you are. Also those who already share their kind words - thank you so much! ) I need to slow down a bit and reconsider the patch i'm currently pushing myself into.
Ah, "J" ( I doubt you came here actually ) remember the time when you told me to slow down otherwise I might end up burnt? I think I exceed my speed lol
Some of you who really keen in photography may said, "But that tiny accident and you gave up?" This one I rest assure, I dont give up. And if I gave up - it's not only about this accident in overall. It's more to the bigger idea behind it.
So I wont take any picture for this time being until I maintain a stable balance to continue. How long I dont know. However I believe if it's really my path - the time will come. One day.

Thanks so much to everyone who still patiently keep in tabs to this thread, I appreciate it so much. And to Choo, thanks a lot for all your understanding dispite my selfishness. I really love you and I will always do

an apt description if i ever saw one :bsmilie:

for the following exceptions: Azhousaurus and Sboxasaur both hail from the Choorassic period, and both are ominvorous :bsmilie:
Also, there is no doubt as to which is the clumsier of the two species ;) :bsmilie:

A travelling exhibit on show in Singapore now =)

lol, no matter what you say, Angel, there is no excuse for my laziness :bsmilie:
there are a lot more people out there leading full and meaningful lives and still have time to squeeze in a shot or two daily, so no reason for a bum like me not to do the same or better! =P

i'll try my best to shoot n post whenever i can =) no, it's not an obligation, but because i enjoy it =)

as for Angel, i hope you get your balance and momentum back soon.

when i was small, i had a bad fall while learning how to cycle. i pushed myself too far by riding on a bike several sizes bigger than me. it's not the bike's fault, but because my legs were too short to pedal properly, my arms too short to handle the steering (one hand was on the handlebar, the other holding on to a fence) and my body too light to maintain balance. youthful optimism? maybe, but it took a single fall to make me realise my shortcomings (literally :bsmilie: ) the scar is barely visible today, but the spirt of the experience remains with me. i will grow up, and one day, i will ride that bike

of course, i could have given up on cycling and taken up, say, patchwork sewing, but i didn't :bsmilie:

like you said, Angel, you have had 'tiny accidents' here and there.

maybe the following advice will be irrelevant to you, but :

learn how to let go.

don't let 'tiny accidents' add to the 'bigger idea', but regard them as exceptions instead.
don't find evidence to support the 'bigger idea'. if one can't find anything to learn from 'tiny accidents', then learn how to let them go.

it's good to see you channel your thoughts and energies to more worthwhile things, like what you are doing now - reassessing your situation and finding balance. =) whatever path you choose to undertake (even if it means giving up photography), i hope i will be there for you, although many many times, i'm not.

i love you, too =)

thx heroneo99 and drumma for your comments on post #4

then unusually, how? :bsmilie:

in a way, that is the premise of that post..
(cooking up some mumbojumbo now)

how do we perceive "emptiness or nothingness"....are we really looking at it - or do we "think" about it?

something or nothing is only by one's perception

just like liu zhu hui neng mention, it's neither the flag nor the wind that is moving... it's the heart(mind) that is moving.
(rephased quote in my own words)
