Stay with Canon... or take the Nikon plunge?

Canon 5DmkIII gonna be selling soon. Will you be selling off your D700 and go get this?

Owning Canon 50D with crop lenses for 2 years plus and decided to show hand for FF. Being a Canon user for 4 years, D700 has everything that is useful to me than 5Dmkii... I'm waiting for 5Dmkiii and D800 (or D700s or replacement of D700) to be in market.

I am thinking of changing because read alot of reviews that the d5100 is very good. at the same time, backside itchy also.
