Starhub internet slow?

for the past few mths from 8pm to 10 pm+, i have difficulties playing online games.

I am using MIO, also the same, lately, strange also. slow. or worst, can skype but cannot internet.
switch off the modem, re on, after several times ok.
Be it from the red camp, green man or the orange man, they are all slow.

no choice. be it starh## or S%%tel, or Mone....

what to do?
