Nope, don't think so. They're now in the last stages of preparation before the terminal opens for operation on 9th Jan.

Can still go to public area. If you want cleaner shots, go next year. And for transit area, just buy an air ticket and check in early. It does not need to depart from T3. The best is to buy SQ ticket and do online check-in.
