Bk to ur fav "playground" bro? Nice to see sth diff...:)

Thank you guys for the constant support and yes, something different from the usual.

Went to Punggol yesterday morning hoping to work on some sunrise but rather disspointed as its pretty flat light morning.

Walk around the beach and trying to work on the larger boulders at the beach but rather not that interesting as been worked on those before and as the sun rises more, am seeing the gold rim light from this small pebbles and why not work on this...:bsmilie:

As the tide rising fast, setup my equipment and get a trial shot without the ND on and then NDx400 on and got this. 2 frame on that morning at the beach.

Left Punggol and head down to Woodlands Waterfront for some other subject. Will be up soon...:)

Cheers and happy birthday SG!

From this image, I believe it's worth heading here all the way from Punggol just to capture this. Your rendition is always superb and well executed Thomas!:thumbsup:

There is still so much for me to learn :)

Thank you for the kind words Zul! you are doing great too and grateful that you had shared the location with me.

Will plan another trip there soon when am back in SG.

No worries, practise makes perfect and am still learning. Dont rush when you are the site, take a walk and time to enjoy and from there, you will see things better.

:)

Nice warm colours Thomas
Just wondering if the shot would be much cleaner without the inclusion of the wall/pillar on the left? Just a thought :)

i love this shot!!!... easy on the eye after a long day at the PC...

Thanks guys and glad u like it!

Mimiko, its a SOOC image, a square crop and resize. Due to space constraint, I need to include part of the wall into the image to balance the overall composition without abrupt lead line of the handrail.

Cheers.

I was just thinking of this shot when I went there yesterday. =)

You went there in the morning? Its low tide then, I reckon.

Its very nice when the suns is up and shines on these rocks giving a nice golden rimlight.

Did you took any shots?

nicely executed, thomas.
where are these photos taken ?
