Nice one thomas, but some food for thought... anyway to do away with the mild curvilinear banding issues in the upper region? or was it deliberate? :)

No worries Bryan, some other time...:)

THe banding is due to sliding the contrast slider too much as I do the processing using Picnik in Flickr. ;)

Will revisit it...Cheers mate..

Thanks WK for the wishes!

I never have thought of doing any marathon before till one day, I read up an article about an athlete with a disability doing Marathon and Ultramarathon where he eventually succeeded in it comparing to many who's completely able-bodied like me. Their fighting spirit are awe-inspiring and it hit me to the core.

Thus, one day I decide to lace up and also a challenge from my dad; hit the asphalt after years of indulge in nicotine and booze. I still remember the first run; had my legs cramp and lung screaming for me to stop.

Decide to take part in the 21km (which my 1st run) and upon crossing the finish line, am amaze of the achievement and the pain I'd throughout the run. Since then, I never look back and hit the asphalt or trail whenever or wherever I am. Never once I thought of winning prizes nor finish on podium. I was out there to outwit and set my personal best on every event. Challenge my inner-self mentality and physically. It is always 80% mental - 20% physical! If you think you can, you will succed even before the run started and since had completed couple of Marathon and few Ultramarathon.

Sorry for the OT...:)
