Sponsoring Lingerie for photoshoot

#1) copyrights for sponsor for a fix purpose/time/media.
#2) copyrights for further usages to be agreeded before the shoot.
#3) cost to be made known to all in the project.
#4) photographer retains full copyrights to the images but will not use it for any other commercial purpose till the end of the first ( #1 ) agreedment.
5) rights release to be signed for all in the project.

This is all agreeable. I am open to any suggestions on how to work this thing out, and not to invite flaming from others who don't even bother to find out more.

yqt, I am arranging with some of the photographers, and if we need your studio, I will let you know asap.
