Spectacles a hindrance for dslr View finder?

personally... nv had any problems with my spectables... IMHO... as long i can c the whole of my viewfinder... be it with my eye glued to it or not... i feel that is fine... n no Live View... so cannot really comment on it...

1. When using the view finder, must the wearer's spectacles touch the viewfinder? or a small space is sufficient and does not compromise on the framing of the subject?

Depends on the eyepoint of the viewfinder. Professional series cameras have a higher eyepoint which allows more clearance.

2. Which dslr's camera model optimises the use of viewfinder with spectacles?

Most pro series DSLRs like Nikon D2X, D3 or Canon EOS 1D series should have good eyepoint.

3. Will the viewfinder scratch the wearer's spectacles if there is contact?

Depends.. there should be a rubber ring, so it should not scratch.

4. Is it better to use the viewfinder than the LCD screen?

Yes. You are seeing the real image you're going to get without any time lag.

5. Live View or non-lifeview lcd mode is better?
