you must keep all your shots and show your kids when they grow up.. then they can go around and show off their nicely taken childhood photos and hao lian that their dad is a great photographer! :bsmilie:

Nothing beats the feeling of watching your little one grow up. He is v lucky to have you to take such lovely photos of him. :lovegrin:

Nice shot here... And good luck. :) I have a teacher who ran the 333km Sahara desert run last year and he told us about how grueling these ultramarathons are.

Also, appreciate the wishes for the UltMara....things went bad and I have to quit on the 3rd quarter of the race due to stomach cramp at 30k, then continuous vomit after 40k and both kidney in so much pain. The last 1k toward 60k, I barely can run and walk in so much pain around stomach area.

Was very dissapointed but I cant push myself to go further as I need to think about my family. :)

Sounds really tough on your physique, its the right choice to stop. There's always another chance to run.
