...not the usual B+W but color of Silhouette of the watchtower taken near twillight and without ND...lolz! Can see there is a little halo-ing in the middle of the tower due to the composition that the setting sun are placed in the middle...:)

Had tried to work on this tower so many time but cant get the right workout on it due to poor lack of interest in composition.

This may not be the best composition but the straight forward placement of the object in the center and nice tones of the remaining lights makes me to upload it for sharing...:)...

...and pardon for the lack of uploads lately and I dont think I can achieve the APAD commitment due to lack of time for photography ...

Thanks for all the explanations!

Hello,

Thank you for dropping by. :)

I am using the Clone Stamp for horizon cleaning. Real Photo-shopping and tedious work! There may have some way but this is what I normally do and I find it easy as am not really good in PS function, to be frank...:bsmilie:

As for the exposure, I normally meter the optimal exposure prior screwing in the ND and then ill just add additional 1/2 to 1 fstop wrt to which ND am using to slightly overexpose it. All this need to consider the change of lighting during the whole process of exposing time.

Hope it helps.

Rgds,
Thomas

...I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than where I was yesterday...

real tedious stuff man..
PS a real kill..
nevrtheless, great series. seems u found another niche other den hdr.

Generally no comments from me because i love all the pics you posted. I'm really bad in giving compliments hehe.
Always looking up for the tips u gave when questions are posed by others.
Understandably you have a handful but adorable little one there, so the struggle is unavoidable, but it is a joyful struggle :) .
Keep the postings coming from time to time so I can learn more, yes? :)
