Sony W1, W5 and W7

Just to share more on the W5. For fast moving shots (eg children, moving objects) it is better to lock in the focussing using Centre AF. Tried that and it provides sharper images. Took using "P" mode but at times, reflection from surfaces may trick the camera into compensating, resulting in underexposed shots.
Still trying to get the hang of "Manual" mode, but the settings are quite tricky. For example, tweaking both the Shutter and Aperture always give me a "-" EV reading......anyone to comment on their experience with the "Manual" mode?

Ok, here's my post #101... Finally made the 3-digit mark!!!
Aiya, posting alot doesn't necessarily mean crapping wat. I'm juz too lazy to post la. Sometimes see some pple got their words misinterpret'd then blur blur kena flamed very sian... Dun wanna post too much to invite trouble. Besides, there wasn't much discussion abt W1 back then b4 the launch of W5/7 this yr... So yah la, basically I'm juz too bochup. Heh... ;p

But I'm quite happy to see the Sony threads alive again with the recent increase in W-series users... Dun feel so lonely anymore!!! Harlow to all ~

Kenna flame? Not so bad la. Not here in Sony subforum. :bsmilie: Here very peaceful and friendly.....
