Bought the Minolta 5600HS aka Sony 56AM

the 530DG super is slightly more expensive than the f42AM.. i know coz a fren of mine used to own one.

USED to.. coz the zooming mechanism jammed and the swivel head broke. :thumbsd:

Thanks for the heads-up. The EF-530DG is more of a direct competitor to the 56AM/5600HS series, specs-wise. The F42AM is a step down. But yeah, when it comes to QC for Sigma products, it can be hit-or-miss sometimes.
