Frame selection has been there for awhile....even in point and shoot cams like those from HP. It allows user to select through a video stream and then select one frame to print out.
This will really mean that you only need to frame the subject and then select the expression of the person (if its a person shot) later...
Well isnt it similar to the fact the SLR with large FPS...say 8 frame per sec drive...eventually requires the photographer to do the selection post-shot. Like the bird or journalism type photography for example...you select the frames afterwards.
It goes Bratt-tat-tat-tat-tat-tat-tat-tat....and then you select later.
Now with the maturity of memory speeds and semicon state(tech)...60 fps is not impossible.
Come on...taking a shot at a rate of 60fps.....and able to select the image......
