LOL... same here... Too many pictures of the woman, can't share here like the rest are doing... haha..

some close ups with the Cv 50mm F1.5 VM chrome with some greens

Do you find the lens acceptable wide open? I find it just about average @ f/1.5.

I find it excellently sharp on the a7 wide open. Not too bad still quite sharp with the a7r but not as per pixel sharp as a7.

Love the Sonnar(copy) Jupiter-3 50/1.5

Good lens on A7, but bad for the Leica, too much focus shift issues

Not if u r using M240... Wif Liveview, Focus Peaking and Magnification... :bsmilie:

Sold my Zeiss 50/1.5 due to focus shift issue with my M9P, even after sending back and forth for calibration.

Anyway, it is a classical lens for users who prefers the smooth rendering. With many new lenses and new optical design, you have quite a few choices nowadays depending on what you need. E.g. CV50/1.5.

I'm using the cheap Jupiter 3 sonnar copy :) <$250sgd with shipping.
Waiting for my brass m39 to M adapter to arrive to use with the hawk's factory adapter.
