Lighting was pretty flat and bland this morning. There was a hint of haze too. Taken with the A7R + Distagon 15mm f/2.8 ZF.2. Camera and lens is quite a misfit but no issues with colour shifts and straight lines are straight.

I didnt realise the lens is that big. The overall setup looks heavy and very solid :)

Looks good. Was looking at this setup vs the ZM15mm vs A7/A7R. Very little information out there.

Its big, takes 95mm filters. The weight of the entire setup should be under 1.5kg. Its manageable but i just don't like the idea of big lenses being used on small bodies.

Yeah, there's very little info on wide angles with A7/R.

Just sharing an image I made last weekend at the closed section of the ECP.

Image made using an A7 with the SEL10-18mm at 13mm in FF mode.

Nice! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

A7 + Pentax SMC-Takumar 50 1.4 (wide open here)

Such a waste I didn't use a faster shutter speed. There's movement from his head resulting in a less than perfect focus on his head/eyes (He's not really "the focus" in this picture). But I just love the bokeh from the Pentax SMC-Takumar 50 1.4 (on m42). I hope the framing, the out of focus areas, is enough to justify its post. :-p

95mm filter size + extreme wide angle lens = going to be difficult to find a proper C-PL filter for it, in fact any filter at all without vignetting

Shooting a7 with SEL 24mm f1.8 Sonnar while waiting for 35 & 55mm.
Straight out of cam jpeg. No editing.
