Think your doggie shots look better with your 55FE. Maybe your Rokkor too shallow depth with f1.2.

More doggie shots and last for the nitez... this time with FE 55/1.8... happened to find out my AWB was set to Amber +7... No wonder so warm. LOL..

This one really make me dizzy....... Dizzy will make me puke... no offense to your picture bro... :ipuke:

not everyone like that kind of bokeh.. i see liao also feel like going to puke. :bsmilie:

Old man cant take dizzy bokeh, forgive them =)

They always say that getting the Russian lenses is like playing Russian Roulette :D

I can understand why it poorer on a smaller format. (esp. m4/3)
High pixel density (unforgiving on lens resolution) and longer working distance (ie. more DOF for same FOV).
I did not use any non-native lens on m4/3 because of this.

The best FF camera for J9 is the 5D (12mp FF), super forgiving

Good to see them get a new lease of life on the A7r

Imagine bro I'm holding this lens for a while now I think as early as epl1 or 2 he he.

a7r had given some of my lens reason for me to keep them hehe. I think FF do bring out the best in some lenses.

Very Dizzy!!

Yeah I agree, but if you focus your eyes to the subject you'll see that is not that bad but you'll see the effect as if the subject is falling.

Yeah. FE renders just nicely. Rokkor DOF very thin indeed. But gives a diff rendering. Haha

Another old school guy like bro ZoomZ. Haha

Alamak... trusted you by focusing my eyes to the subject.... end up with myself falling instead.....

Haha... old man cannot take it.... dizzy.....

No offense to the picture though. Good capture of the natural expression of your kids. Wonder how the effect will be if the background blur is less busy....
