Sony A7/(r) image sharing thread

I bought the canon mount and bought a cheap pixco EF to NEX manual adapter from Peninsula
I did only one shoot with it so far but it's pretty decent for the price

ah i saw the before and after editing pics. looks like the softness on the left side came from the editing. unedited file looks like uniform sharpness

Haha, that means my editing skills sucked hehe..anyways, i spent like 10mins doing that photo only..i went to shoot a sunrise but it was so cloudy so i got no sun..came home unhappy so just had to put my own sunrise in there for fun..it wasn't a serious shoot..i merely went to test the samyang and i was shooting using the playmobile app and also the timelaspe app so i didn't even need to be by the camera!! This camera makes me lazy..

I see everyone using desirable lenses which i only wish i owned...so i decide to just use a cheap SEL50F18 lens for the nex and do a comparison in jpg between the a7r and nex6 with this lens in apsc mode of course.
Although the a7r is only 15mp vs the nex6 16mp..i think becuae of the lack of AA filter, the a7r has a slight sharpness advantage.

I see more than slight sharpness d A7R has advantage over d NEX 6. Colors for one looks better n noise control for d second is oso better as d A7R pic looks cleaner.

I agree..the nex lenses work better on the a7r then on the nex it was made for. in fact the nex had trouble focusing even though it had pdaf..the a7t focused almost immediately.I used spot focus for both focusing on the zeiss logo.
so it is good to buy cheap and light nex lenses while waiting for fe lenses...and the oss works well...except for the kit lenses

True true. NEX lenses works great on A7/R

I had the same experience. The photos i got using Touit 32mm on A7r were just great in every aspects.
