With the A7r, you have to be patient, because it wasn't really designed for wildlife photography.

Hi, I'm using the older version of the 100mm holder and adapter from a Vietnamese guy at this link below:

Not perfect but very usable.

Here my set-up (older version than the above link) for both VC 12/5.6 V2 and VC 21/1.8:
