its not HDR processed, merely play with the shadows & highlights slider in Lightroom

I did increased the Clarity by 8 though, not sure if I overdid it to convey the feeling of HDR to you ?

I went last Tuesday and I saw some workers laying some underground cables, not sure if it means anything but there should still be some lead time to capture some last shots of the area...
