Sony A7/(r) image sharing thread #3

wa..nice...not handheld right?

I brought it cause need a small macro 1:1 lens to use beside my main 100/2.8 Macro so I did not expect this 55 is that good! :)

Oh, noop! All my macro shots are handheld. I've never used tripod or monopod for macro, bro! :)

but the 1-1 of this is so close sometimes the subject is almost kissing the lens hehe good thing the A7r is 36MP can crop.

Hi hi ... I always challenge myself to compose and take the photo so that I don't need to crop the photo. The above photo is original frame at about 1:1.25 magnification. ;)

I use the i40 mostly for macro so I cannot comment on other purpose. However, the TTL works quite well and consistent. Event if the Sony flashes are better, I still select the i40 for it compactness.

Congrats on ur 15/4.5 III. If there is no significant vignetting at f8, I would put in into my wishlist as a compact landscape lens cause can use strong ND filter.

I also have some photos that I manage to get really close to my subject but most of the time they get spook and fly off hehe but nice framing bro and really salute your commando like approach (stealthy)

Testing out my "new" A7R (Got it from a friend)
