A7 is very good also I think the FE55/1.8 is really good lens to pair with all A7 series. Btw all my shots was taken RAW and process via LR no hard PP as I'm lazy to do much just the usual WB, shadows etc.

Agree bro. .. Fe55 is a good lens... same lar... my pp skill is as bad as my camera skill.... also a it here and there. .

I've waited long before I finally go for FE55/1.8 and when I have it 1st time I didn't like it I find it too clinical but as time goes buy I slowly begin to like it specially for street shooting for portraits hmm it's very good but too sharp I still prefer my manual focus lens for portraits. Flare and CA is well controlled I would say so far among the FE lenses this is if one if the awesome lens.

A7r is hard to handle

When I move from NEX7 to A7r I find it a smooth transition to me just need to get use to the shutter sound slightly on the higher dB side hehe.

Walking with my daughter she was I think few step behind and she knows I'm talking secret shots she could hear it hehe provided the environment is nit that noisy. Hehe but other Han that A7r seem fine.

Bro see your photo make me wanna get the A7r. .... haaaa

I was contemplating with this upgrade a few weeks back. I even talked to someone who wanted to trade with me topping-up but I decided against it last min. The main drawback for me is the corners with rangefinder lenses (mainly wider ones) which I have 2 and plan to get more. Well, just shoot with what you have and invest in lenses (or play around with the cheaper Russian Zeiss copies :P). Body change every year or 2 but the lenses you can keep and use with the body upgrade.

Same here... sob sob...

Basket..... your photos can go competition one...... mine is give to primary school teacher also mark as fail one...... :embrass:.......cannot compare.....

totally agree bro that's my main issue also with A7r when using RF wide lenses so I am stuck using SLR wide lenses. A7 is very good camera lens is one major factor for sharp images

It is bro try it and give it a spin if you're a 50mm guy you'll like it

Man.. will try when I have the budget for it :P

Two photos from STGCC.. CZ28mm F2

yeah I am more keen on the faster CV21 :-) but it's pricey, the f4 seems good and I have cv35 so kinda having 2nd thoughts about it maybe the CV15? lolz

Both cv15 and cv21/4 really too problematic on even A7.
Smeared edges for at least 1/6 of frame.
I have already tried them via a friend who has them.
