Minolta MC Rokkor 58mm f/1.2
 

Trying out the swirly bokeh of a Helios. Seems to work with a "busy" background like this.


Tried out on a flower and slight effect there.
 

Sharing a food shot that i did. The banding is due to the file size being downsized. Sony a7r is a great studio cam.

hi ricleosg... i notice u are use a grip base for ur camera.... is it good?... where did u get it from?..

its the bottom piece of a China L-plate without the L portion. Same design as the RRS. works great to improve handling.

Thanks for sharing images taken w the nikkor 1.2. I think u haven't reach the optimal focal length to exploit the bokeh? Hee hee...

Shld arrange a ahootout w the Rokkor 1.2?
