For wireless remote control, why don't you just use its embedded Smart Remote Control, together with the free Play Memories app on your smartphone? Here's more info on that:Hi everyone, I just recently purchased the A7II with kit lens and have few questions to ask:
(1) what is the recommended third party lens alternative for Sony FE 16-35/f4 (to expensive for me)
(2) any third party remote commander (cable or cable-less)
Thanks in advance.

Alternatively you can buy the Sony RMT-DSLR2 Wireless Remote, whjch is not too expensive at $39, or get a third party one at eBay for around $10-15.
Sorry I don't have anything to share on the lens in question, but you will surely need an adapter for a 3rd party lens.
Anyone has any leads on the a7 mkii stocks? Called MS and CP all no stocks. And any idea is the FE SEL24240 avaiable?
that's great. If use changi rewards cards can clock some points tooCall T3 electronic hub. They can transfer out from dfs zone to the outlet outside. No GST too, cheaper than street price.
How is the AF for A7II compared to A6000? Particularly using Zeiss 2470 F4
I've just purchased the A7II. Noticed that battery life drains pretty quickly. Took less than 50 pics and battery life is down to 50%. Is this a known issue with the camera? For my DSLR, a full charge allows me to shoot over 300 photos.
Anyone use L Plate for A7II? Where to buy and how much?
any bro here upgraded from A7 to A7 II?
Not too sure if $600+ price difference is justified for steadyshot inside aka in body stabilisation, better grip, slightly better AF and what else?
But from camera size, Sony A7 II [599 g] weights 21% (125 grams) more than Sony A7 [474 g].
