Sony A6300, finally!

a6300's LCD screen wont be a selfie screen. No idea on the update for a5000 or Nex 5R/5T.

mic input is plus factor

and still..... no touchscreen:cry:

If dont need that fast af. I will rather stick to a6000. For its price. The a6000 is really good. While the a6300 probably is double cost of a6000.

Imo not needed to upgrade unless you really need that 425 points af.

Price is US$1000(S$1400 + GST). Wondering if it is necessary for consumer to upgrade from A6000.

Waiting to see how is it like at low light. Cause I intend to take events, festivals and what not.

i've been thinking about this too....

assuming i don't do sports/anything tt requires fast AF (lets not forget, the A6000's AF isn't a slouch too)...
i don't do 4K....
i don't go extreme ISO....

should i get the A6000 (body only $6xx) or get the A6300 (based on online price, SGD1400-1500?)

just to check, the a6000 and a6300 is same sensor still?

Note also that the A6000 will depreciate by 200 over 2 years, but A6300 will depreciate by 800 over the same period :)

depreciation is the least of my concerns...

if i'm concerned about it, i wont be in the Sony camp liao mah...

I am looking to get the A6300 if the hands on reviews turn out good.

Ok about time, finally ...

when will Sony have an event to launch and pre-order this ?

buy the a6300 after 2 years when the price depreciates, but a new model will up ... its a never ending story

what will be the advantage of pre-order aside from getting the cam earlier? will it be cheaper? what are the extra freebies based on your experience?

Not really a big upgrade from the A6000 to be honest. Having in-build IS then THAT is a big upgrade. Yes, new sensor but you also need good glass too to go along. Added 4K is good since even smart phone now are 4K and so are youtube. The only reason why i wanna change to this is when i video with my A6000 there is hunting lag which the video SONY posted up clearly show and the A6300 doesn't have this.

Also, buy one A6300 you can buy two 2nd hand A6000 in the garage now lol.

In body IS or at least a 16-50mm F2.8 Zoom lens with IS.
Else, will rather stick to a smaller sensor (ie M43) or FF sensor (ie A7ii) in which both have the zoom/f2.8 len available.

May I respectfully suggest that more correct terms to use would be lens (singular) and lenses (plural) please? There is no such thing as a camera len but instead it should be a camera lens or many camera lenses. ;)

Please dont shoot me for this..
