spinworkxroy, that's really nice! What's up with the event? Testing?
It's been many many years since i last shot fireworks..
But since I brought my baby out today to test if she's afraid of fireworks, i decided to shoot also..thankfully she didn't cry and enjoyed it while i shoot hehe..
Taken with the A6000 and SEL1018 in JPG only...simply because i used my handphone playmemories to shoot while sitting down on the bench while the camera was at the railing 15ft away and i forgot to configure it to shoot in RAW mode so only JPG.
Nice one! Thought of Gg down But no khaki leh. Next time probably we shld org one Sony outing to shoot this place.
Taken using Sony E 10-18mm. The a6000 seems to be quite capable of retaining shadow details. This was shot where the light was more casted on the top of the cliff and did a fair amount of shadow recovery as this is a single shot image. Pretty good shadow details in the end.

Taken using Sony FE 70-200 f/4 G OSS. Very fast focusing and decent details. This lens seem to go well with the a6000, utilising the fast autofocus on the body.
Taronga Zoo, Sydney.
