Sony A500 vs Nikon D90

1 more thing about A500 is the LCD screen which sucks at 230,000DPI whereas D90 has 960,000DPI which helps in preview

No offence to alpha user, I think tht most ppl start with alpha is cos it's more value for money. In other words, spend less to start off with, and do as good as other brand.
So ask yourself, if you were given the choice of system, with same amount of money to spend at the begining, which one will you go for? If alpha still your choise, than stay.
Else, if you can get a good deal and with little lost, go ahead. Although it's just a tool, but it's more enjoyable if you like it more, right?

how many DPI is ur 7d?

207k, and its 2.5", and its interface is blue shades,
I have no complains with sony's LCD of any kind, because the images look clearer. ya 900+k vs 200+k might have a lot of difference, its good to have, but to me, its still better than the older LCDs used last time. it is just something minor to me.

hi, if u really want to try D90 as well, buy it from your friend, just make sure it's fully funtional,you can use it for a few months, together with ur a500, then decide whether u will change system or use 2 systems. ;p

Does "it" refer to D90? in what way would you like "it" more?

hurhurhur..............ok i think the best idea for TS will be to get the D90 cheap then gimme a call, i buy your A500 cheap then i sell my A330 cheap also. Everyone also happy tio bo? no need argue hahaha...............Sony is Good, Nikon is equally Good, Canon also very good! It's all up to the photographer!

But honestly speaking the D90 looks more pro hahahaha
