Used it last nite, it is at least completed 2 AA and 2 AAA batteries in 2 hrs or so, much better than its last model, take so long time.

according to spec sh not be a issue, juz that it will be charging longer ..... and Sony has no 1800mAh battery in the market yet.
IF U are referring to other brand, I haven't try yet..... not taking risk now. As I only used Sony batteries so far.
