Hi wormzz ,

Some sharpness seems to be lost after I save at quality 7~8.

Comments welcome :)

Yeah, that was me. Don't remember seeing anyone in blue shirt. I wanted the bluish sky, so I went earlier. Will post the photos up when I get them developed.

I'm not going back for re-shoot, unless the prints turn out horrible. Am trying to take the buildings from esplanade or Shears Bridge the next time.

Just got myself a Nikon Coolscan IV. Very good scanner compared to my previous ones.

The only Nikon thing I own and it did not let me down!

Cool ... looks like its time to save up and buy one

Wonder how's the performance of the minolta dual scan 3 compared to this ?

Not sure abt the minolta, but I feel the ICE3 already more than make up the difference in price!

Hi wormzz ..

Thanks for the advise .. almost forgot that the minolta doesn't have ice :)

the colors are great .... esp on the first pic... ;)

Wow... looks almost the same as mine! Even the ship light trails are similar :P

The sky is much more interesting than mine.

Yeah, I wait for the traffic lights to turn green then rush back to press the shutter. I think your light trails are better, seems like more vehicles pass through that day for you. :)

It was taken actually in 2001 and I visiting the location on the 3rd try, I manage to get the right cloud and sunset. I was told if you snap on full moon, the sunset will be slower so you have more option.
