FYI, some have experienced issues with their GH3 hotshoe loosening, so I wouldn't load too much. A single GoPro is probably quite safe. I've had no issues with mine, with a metz 58AF2, or z96.

If the arm on your edelkrone is a standard 15mm rod, you can get add a few Kamerar pico plate for all your other accessories.Hmm looks like mine is a little different from the two you guys proposed. I guess it's more universal because of the attachments used

Try the Syrp genie motion controller/intervalometer if you're doing night motion timelapse. Otherwise, the GH3 already has built-in timelapse function.
