Soft underwater casing

hi all,

just wondering, is there any place that sells those soft underwater casings for DLSRs? I cant dive so would only use it for snorkeling trips so it doesnt have to be those super-ex ones haha

something like

would do..

any advice? thanks a lot!!

I heard they are selling out from a HDB unit.... not a shop. Do call them for appointment and bring your DSLR for testing.

Need to be aware of some disadvantages of this casing:

1. The front plastic cover degrades the image quality substantially.
2. Casing is only suitable for less than a couple of meters below the surface.
3. Unable to zoom if you have a zoom lens.
4. Quite clumsy access to the dials on the cam body.

has anyone used the Nereus one? http://store.tagotech.com/product_i...d=392&osCsid=133229eea52687850316088ffda2afac
its considerably cheaper and allows one to go to 10m instead of the 5 that the dicapac one does.

any comments on the Nereus one?
