Wanted to stuff in 1D mark III, 580exII flash,70-200mm f2.8 and another lens. What's your recommendation for the bags.

In addition to that it'd be durable. I had a bag but the padding become thin and it start to torn apart. Does any bag has a durable padding?

I always liked the Crumpler bags. Can consider their 5 or 6 million range.

Your gears are not exactly small man...

Lowepro mini trekker...

get a billingham!

Wonder why not people suggest lowepro or tamrac? Is it inferior?

Lowepro bags are not inferior but they are usually not the smallest of bags. sweeetie did recommend the Mini Trekker but I am not sure if it can fit the 70-200mm.

I would second the recommendations on Crumpler, especially the 7 Million Dollar Home; that one can definitely fit all your gear.

Another bag you might want to consider if the Kata 3N1-30; it can fit your 70-200mm mounted.

Bro, based on your gears you would consider crumpler 7 million dollar house.;)

thumbs up for billingham...

domke good, f-3x can fit

tot wif the gear ya using u should know more about bags by now :p

i thought of getting the domke F3x, but the thought of it unpadded leaves one uncomfortable especially when travelling u expect a bit of knocks. also, the price of around 230 for a bag like that made me see the hadley original to be more worth it.

hadley original is better constructed, well padded and can be used as a document/laptop bag. price different is around 40 bucks i think. can fit in body (if 1D have to be separated from lens i think), 70-200L and another lens, plus flash in front compartment easily.
