dude. ur night shots are awesome. i bet theres are alot of waiting happening while taking them.

Just a question, and hope you can shed some light on my query... How did you get into some of the areas? it seems that when we go out and shoot we are scramed by discouraging guards.

thanks again ;)

Pardon my criticism but I don't see why the images are so highly praised. The images have good technical qualities (i.e. low noise, good color, sharp) but most of the compositions seem rather ordinary. These are not something any semi-experienced night scene photographer cannot do.

^ Haha....now I know how Mariah Carey feels(she criticised for having great singing skills but lack emotions)......:bsmilie:

Great work there.

Well, there are those who think they are like S'pore Idol judges, especially Ken Lim who never knows the words Praise or Compliments.

I have wanted to try night shoot someday, but don't seem to be able to find the time leh. You showed me quite a few interesting shots besides those "classics"

1) go buy yourself a DSLR
2) also buy a wide angle lens
3) solid tripod
4) cable release
5) shoot more learn more

Hahaha... tats about rite ya .. anyway someone once gave me a quote " opinions are like @ssholes, coz everybody has one" ... so therefore there will always be a Ken Lim wannabe types around.. just have to take it with a pinch of salt.

These shots by Stanly may look ordinary to some "professional", but to me it really inspires me to learn more about nite photography and i'm sure a lot of other CSers also agree with me.

^ Thanks for the support.....;)
