Wrong spelling for "bitch".

If they registered to stay at the motel, then the owner would have their full particulars - Name & Singapore Passport number.
If they had stolen the expensive Hello Kitty items, then it is a theft. A theft is a crime. The Taiwanese motel owner can make a report. So why didn't they do so? Our SG police will interview the couple if they get request from their Taiwan police counterparts.

Therefore it is not yet clear who is telling the truth.

An aircon breakdown after only 2 days' continuous use at 16º ? I don't think so.

Min Su is a korean artiste :bsmilie:

It's B&B/inn/motel.
民宿
Literal translation is citizen's dwelling.
Of course they have to abide by rules laid down by authorities. There would be a front desk where they register new B&B guests.
Whether they comply with the rules is another story.

In Taiwan, there is a misuse of "short time" motel rooms for sex, especially in Taichung. (actually in Singapore too [Hotel 81 comes to mind] - except that we are very strict on proper guests registration)

THe owner did make a report. If you watched the video it was mentioned the owner "提告" - aka 提起告诉, aka sue in court. Problem is, report and/or sue in taiwanese court, how to cross borders to the couple in SG? This is a civil case pure and simple, most SG police do not want to take care of local civil cases... you think they will assign an IO for a case reported overseas?
