That's good to see. They didn't mention anywhere that pictures must be taken within Singapore. Actually, photos taken outside Singapore might be at a significant advantage over those that were taken locally, unless the latter are very well done. If I had the chance to go overseas for a vacation before June, I'd do it in a hurry...imagine the possibilities!

I beg to differ.Local photos might prove to be better, because there is much more memory attached to each spot we choose to concentrate on.We would know the little intricacies and unique elements that we are used to see in our own familiar setting.

Remember most of the kind ppl who came to help shoot the event. But I think got some end up didn't give me the photos. :bsmilie:

yeah i agree. it depends on the viewer's perception i think. most of easily swept off their feet by the exotic beauty of some gorgeous foreign landscapes (just like how a swahili boy may gawk at images of the marina bay cbd shot), and also many fail to perceive special meanings in the everyday local environment.

which makes a photo subjective, and there is no best photo, only photos which the appointed "judges" happen to like best in their eyes.

i saw some familiar faces from nus as well as last year's nusps montage winners too.

we viewed lots of photos from the 2 zaobao's photographers and had a short tour of their picture desk.
eye opener.
i like the open concept working environment.

i think B4 is alittle too big...cuz the picture of the one i uploaded 2 posts above is an A3 board with an S8R print..
